Returns & Refunds

If your boots weren't quite right, we'd love to help you find an alternative pair. Get in touch via email, or give our Customer Care team a call.

On unsuitable items we offer a refund, providing the goods are returned within 14 days from the day they are received, unworn and in the original condition, complete with the original packaging and your proof of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How do I return my item?

Return your item for €7*

DuoBoots partners with DPD & DHL Express for Worldwide returns, dependent on your location, to offer a competitively priced, and secure way to return your footwear to us.

  1. Complete the back of your returns note and enclose it in your parcel. 
  1. Go to our Returns Portal, enter your order number and email address, and follow the onscreen instructions to purchase your return label.

*The maximum parcel size is 60cm x 50cm x 50cm (enough to fit up to 2 pairs of knee high boots).

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately we can't exchange your return for another item, but if you’d like to try an alternative style or size we recommend that you place a new order online for the item(s) you require. If you need help with ordering an alternative pair, get in touch with our Customer Care Team on contactus@duoboots.com or give us a call.

How long will it take to process my return and receive my refund?

Your return using our preferred returns service will take up to 5-10 working days to get back to us; alternative providers may vary. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed by our team as quickly as possible and usually within 72 hours. Funds can then take 3 to 5 working days to clear in your account, however please allow up to 10 working days.

If you use an alternative service to return your boots to us, please use a traceable and insured service as DuoBoots cannot accept responsibility for lost packages.

If you pay a delivery charge, and the goods were delivered to a destination within the European Union, if you cancel your whole order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, we will refund the Standard delivery cost. If you pay for an upgraded delivery, we will only refund the cost of Standard delivery.

Christmas Returns Policy 

All DuoBoots purchases made for gifts during the period from 6th December 2019 to the 25th December 2019 inclusive may be returned for a refund at any time before 14th January 2020.
