We are an independent bootmaker based in Frome, Somerset with a huge passion for beautifully fitting footwear. We source the finest leathers and work with the best artisan factories in Portugal to make the widest choice of calf fitting boots you’ll find anywhere.
We are becoming increasingly aware of counterfeit websites which appear to sell DuoBoots products. These websites are not operated by DuoBoots and are created and managed by criminals. As a result, people will often pay for goods and receive nothing.
We take anti-counterfeiting seriously and actively work with legal partners to shut down illegitimate websites and prosecute their creators. We rely on internet service providers to comply with our requests and as a valued customer, we value your vigilance over counterfeit sites.
How to identify a counterfeit site?
Many counterfeit websites are not classed as secure websites. This means their URL does not start with HTTPS and does not have small padlock symbol.
Genuine DuoBoots products can be purchased from our store in Bath, or online through the following sites only:
If you suspect a site is counterfeit there is normally a good reason. Perhaps you have ordered something, and it has not been delivered or perhaps your payment card details have been used for other purchases.
Help if you think you have been caught out
If you believe you have purchased products from a counterfeit site, please get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org We will need you to provide us with the website URL and purchase documentation for review. Unfortunately we are unable to redeem any orders without an official DuoBoots order confirmation.
We are not able to reimburse money used to purchase products from counterfeit websites however, by reporting the incident you are actively helping other customers avoid being affected.
