Changing your details

If you have created a DuoBoots account, just click on the SIGN IN link located at the top right hand side of all pages of the website. Whilst logged into your account you can make any necessary changes to your billing / delivery address, contact telephone number or email address.

Just click into the ‘SIGN IN’ link located at the top right hand side of the pages of the website, and you will be diverted to the log in page. Click on the ‘Forgotten your password? Reset it here’ link. You will be asked to enter the email address you opened your account with. An email will then be sent to you with instructions on how to re-set your password. Please note: if you have purchased with us using a guest account, you would not have been required to select a password. You will need to register with us in order to create an account.
